In this talk, parents will learn:

• The inadvertent ways they may be adding to their child’s anxiety and how to turn it around

• How ego and fear sabotage our relationships with our children and how parents can do it differently

• Why setting clear boundaries is the kindest thing we can do for our children and how to go about setting them effectively

• The 3 things parents should focus on in order to raise a child to be the best possible version of themselves

Workshops

Parents and/or educators will learn:

• The 3 principles that make up NHA

• The one thing we are all getting wrong and how to change it

• A new way of communicating that will foster cooperation

• Strategies to help kids identify their strengths and improve their self-esteem exponentially

• Why punishments and harsh consequences don’t work and what to do instead

Small Group Seminars 

The first half of the session, Cindy will present on one of the following topics:

• Setting boundaries

• Screen use

• Creating routines

• Fostering cooperation

• Getting your kids to bed

• School success

The second half will be a discussion format. Participants can ask questions for clarification of the topic or about their specific circumstances.
